Bricín Pear & Almond Tart


This delicious Pear & Almond frangipane tart has been one of the most popular desserts on our menu in Bricín for the last 30 years.

It’s large 11” size means that there is plenty to eat & freeze for another day! Made with sweet pastry and ground almonds. Want to freeze some slices? Cover each slice with very lightly oiled greaseproof paper first – this stops the clingfilm sticking to the glaze 😊 Defrost in its wrapping.

Can be eaten hot, cold, with crème anglaise, with ice cream – whatever!!

Order online before Tuesday midnight for pickup on Thursday. Your tart order will be baked fresh every Thursday morning for same day pick up between 1 & 6pm in Bricín’s shop.
